The Utrean Empire was founded on July 18th, 2021, in the Capital City, Idosea, which is located in the Province of Uskea. The Town of Tipperary was established in the Province of Uskea, as Uskea's second municipality, and following several changes to Utrean borders, including purchases of land from the Escuan Union, Tipperary's size has expanded significantly, and a few border changes have occurred in Tipperary.

The majority of Utrea's main corporations, government offices, and other key agencies are headquartered in Uskea, typically in Idosea, with some also being located in Tipperary, and the Province of Astesh, among other locations.
